At Tuner Depot, all tuning devices come with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty.

This means that from the date of delivery, you have a full 90 days to initiate a warranty claim should any issues arise.

To begin the warranty process, simply reach out to our Customer Support desk either by phone or email at [email protected]. Our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth resolution.

In order to facilitate your warranty claim, we may ask you a few questions about the tuning device to confirm the fault. Additionally, we may request proof of communication with the device manufacturer, as they are often the primary contact for resolving device issues.

Once your claim is approved, you'll have three options:

  • Return for Replacement: Send us your faulty device, and upon receipt, we'll promptly dispatch a replacement of the same or similar device of equal or lesser value.
  • Return for Refund: Return the faulty device to us, and we'll process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Return for Gift Card: Opt to receive a gift card in exchange for your faulty device. This will be sent to the email address/account we have on file and will be available for you to use right away. 

Our return procedure follows the same streamlined process as our standard returns. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid return label to facilitate the return of the faulty device.
