I received a damaged product, what should I do?Updated a month ago

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we want to assure you that we're here to help. 

You have two options:

  • Refuse the Shipment: If you notice any damage upon delivery, you can refuse the shipment and promptly contact us. This allows us to coordinate with the courier and initiate a shipping claim. Rest assured, we'll work swiftly to ensure you receive a new product or a refund.
  • Accept the Delivery: Alternatively, if you accept the delivery, please reach out to us immediately. We'll guide you through the process of providing necessary information, including photographs of the product before and after opening, to facilitate a shipping claim.

We understand that certain products, such as exhaust pipes, are more susceptible to damage during transit due to their weight. However, in many cases, only specific components, like the piping or clamps, may be affected. If this occurs, we'll gladly replace the damaged parts to ensure your complete satisfaction.
